Our Brews
Farmadillo – Farmhouse Ale – 7.0% ABV
This Belgian Farmhouse Ale is a tart, spicy, crisp, and soft bodied, farmhouse ale giving subtle flavors of dark fruit such as plum. These unique characteristics come from a hybrid French and Belgian yeast blend.
Hefeweizen – 6.3% ABV
Straw colored; banana and vanilla on the nose, soft on the mouth with slight hint of clove on the back end. Very easy drinking!
Finn McCool – Irish Red – 6.0% ABV
A medium bodied ale with maltiness up front, with caramel and toasted flavors, yet no bitterness. One of our customer’s favorites.
All Juiced Up – Hazy Pale Ale – 5.9% ABV
Our hazy pale ale version 2.0 with late addition of Citra, Mosaic, and Azacca hops in whirlpool give this juicy hazy pale ale all of its aroma and flavor: tangerine, berries, fruit punch, and bubblegum throughout and finishing with intense fruity, bubble gum notes.
Coffee Milk Stout – 5.8% ABV
A full bodied, smooth stout brewed in collaboration with our favorite local coffee roaster Apothecary Coffee Co.
Quarantine Island DDH IPA – 7.5% ABV
A full bodied, double dry hopped, juicy bomb, brewed with Amarillo, Belma, and Idaho 7 hops giving off stone fruit, pineapple, melon and ripe mango notes, balanced with that slight hoppy bite on the finish.
Witbier – 5.4% ABV
An easy drinking Belgian ale, brewed with Mandarina Bavaria hops leading to delightful, citrusy tangerine aromas. With finishes of sweet orange peel and a hint of coriander, this refreshing, zesty Witbier is perfect for the warmer months to come.
Poolcrusher – American IPA- 7.0% ABV
An extremely drinkable, yet hoppy, IPA, loaded with Amarillo, Citra, & Simcoe hops giving off flavors of grapefruit and citrus zest up front with a piney, dry finish.
Eurotrip – Pilsner- 5.2% ABV
A light, crisp lager brewed with Czech and German hops, fusing the two classic Pilsner styles. Dry hopping gives the most subtle citrus hints, while still finishing with that classic Pilsner bite. This one makes us nostalgic of our Eurotrip and the good ol’ days of traveling carefree.
