About Our Beer
Our Core Lineup
These are the tried-and-true staples that put us on the map. Crafted right here in-house with the highest quality ingredients, our mainstay brews are always fresh, always consistent, and ready for your favorite pint glass.
German Style Wheat Ale
5.6% ABV
Half barley and half wheat grains, this Hefeweizen gives off flavors of banana with a hint of coriander. Fruity and creamy with a smooth finish.
Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA
7.5% ABV
A hazy IPA brewed with multiple hops making it an intense tropical juice bomb. A late addition of hops lends to it's flavors and aromas of stone fruit, pineapple, melon and ripe mango with a soft piney bitterness. Creamy, slightly sweet and medium bodied.
Irish Style Red Ale
5.5% ABV
A medium-bodied ale with maltiness up front, followed by toasted caramel flavors. Finishes smooth with very little bitterness. Full of flavor and enjoyed by all.
Lager-Ale Hybrid
5% ABV
Light refreshing brew that has a creamy smoothness from the addition of corn flakes (no cream included). Medium bodied with the complexity of an ale and the drinkability of a lager.
Pilsner
5% ABV
A light, crips lager brewed with Czech and German hops, fussing the two classic Pilsner styles. Dry hopping gives the most subtle citrus hints, while still finishing with that familiar Pils bite.
Mexican Lager
4.7 ABV
A Mexican style lager brewed with Pilsen and Vienna malts. Flaked maize also added for additional body, flavor, and slight sweetness. Light, crisp and crushable, perfect for summer days with or without a lime.
